Tainted prospects removed from Rams draft board

After getting stung in the past by taking prospects in the draft that had character issues, the St. Louis Rams have decided to clean up their act.
According to Rams General manager Billy Devaney, any prospect that has gotten in trouble with the law, or has tested positive for a banned substance in the past, will be removed from the Rams final draft board.
